Today was pretty much spent attempting to do my SSM
and then i got very frustrated with myself
So, i ended up making kueh lapis
Which turned out to be quite frustrating too
Good patience training though haha

I don't see why they say let it stand for 36 hours
I think it tasted nicer when it came out of the oven than now actually
